Recursively Copy Files In Folder Structure Into One Flat Folder

Copy:

for /R x:\mysourcefolder %f in (*.*) do copy “%f” y:\mydestinationfolder\

Move:

for /r x:\mysourcefolder %f in (*) do @move /y “%f” y:\mydestinationfolder

(/y = no prompt, /-y = prompt)
